Generally, there are three installation methods of semiconductor refrigeration sheet: welding, bonding and bolt compression fixation. In production, the specific installation method should be determined according to the product requirements. Generally speaking, for the three installation methods, the two ends of the refrigeration device should be cleaned with anhydrous alcohol cotton. The installation surface of the cold storage plate and heat dissipation plate should be processed, and the surface flatness is less than 0.03mm, and cleaned. The following is the operation process of the three kinds of installation.
 
1. Welding.
 
The welding installation method requires that the external surface of the cooling device must be metallized, and the cold storage plate and heat dissipation plate must also be able to be soldered (such as: copper cold storage plate or heat dissipation plate). During installation, the cold storage plate, heat dissipation plate and cooler shall be heated first (the temperature is similar to the melting point of solder). The low-temperature solder (0.1mm) between 70 ℃ and 110 ℃ is melted on each installation surface. Then the hot surface of the cooling device and the mounting surface of the cooling plate, the cold surface of the cooling device and the installation surface of the cold storage plate are in parallel contact and rotated and extruded to ensure that the working surface is in good contact and then cooled. The installation method is complex and difficult to maintain, and it is generally used in special occasions.
 
2. Bonding.
 
The installation method of bonding is to apply a kind of adhesive with good thermal conductivity on the installation surface of the refrigeration device, cold storage plate and heat dissipation plate evenly (with openable screen plate brush). When the thickness of adhesive is 0.03mm, the cold and hot surfaces of the cooler and the installation surfaces of the cold storage plate and the heat dissipation plate are extruded in parallel, and gently rotated back and forth to ensure good contact between the contact surfaces. The adhesive is placed in ventilation for 24 hours and naturally solidified. The installation method is generally used in the place where the cooler is to be permanently fixed on the heat sink or cold storage plate.
 
3. The stud is compressed and fixed.
 
The installation method of screw compression fixation is to evenly coat a thin layer of thermal conductive silicone grease on each mounting surface of the cooling device, cold storage plate and heat dissipation plate, with a thickness of about 0.03mm. Then, parallel contact the hot surface of the cooling device with the mounting surface of the cooling plate, the cold surface of the cooling device and the installation surface of the cold storage plate, and gently rotate the cooler back and forth to squeeze the excessive heat conduction silicone grease. Make sure that the working faces are in good contact. Then, screw the heat sink, cooler and cold storage plate tightly. The force should be even when tightening, and do not overdo or too light Heavy and easy to crush the refrigeration device, light easy to cause the working face not to contact. The installation is simple, fast, convenient for maintenance and high reliability. It is a kind of installation method in product application at present.
 
In order to achieve the cooling effect of the above three installation methods, thermal insulation materials shall be used between the cold storage plate and the heat dissipation plate, and the heat insulation gasket shall be used for the fixing screw. In order to reduce the alternation of cold and hot, the size of the cold storage plate and heat dissipation plate depends on the cooling method and cooling power, and is determined according to the application situation.
